Returns, Refunds and Canceled Orders Policy
Thank you for shopping with Backwoods Racing LLC. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order or making a purchase with Backwoods Racing LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Canceled Orders
Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking/processing fee. This fee will be deducted from any refund processed for the cancellation.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks are subject to a 25% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from any refund processed in the event of a chargeback.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
