What We Do:
Strip & Clean: We completely strip down your oily factory harness.
De-pin the Clutter: We remove every unneeded wire, including the factory BCM, ABS, and airbags.
Streamline the System: We strip out old fuse panels and bulky sub-circuits, leaving you with an ultra-clean, minimal harness layout.
Unlock & Tune: We delete the GM Vehicle Anti-Theft System (VATS) and eliminate unnecessary emissions fault codes from your ECM.
π» Included in the $550 Unlock & Tune Package
We don't just disable the anti-theft; we fully optimize the ECM to match the needs of your specific build. Our tuning adjustments include:
VATS & Emissions Deletes: Complete disable of the anti-theft system, evap system, and rear O2 sensors so you never deal with limp mode.
Idle Speed Adjustments: Raised or customized idle RPM to prevent stalling and improve low-RPM stability.
Timing Optimization: Adjusted spark advance tables to squeeze maximum power and responsiveness out of your Ecotec.
Fuel Table Calibration: Tweaked fueling parameters for clean throttle response and solid off-road performance.
Rev Limiter Modification: Adjusted rev limiters to safely maximize your engine's usable power band.
Optional Transmission Upgrade: Add T42 TCM Tuning $50 (Must Mail In your TCM):
π¦ What We Need From You (Shipment Checklist)
To complete your package, you must box up and ship us the following specific components from your donor car:
Your Complete Engine Harness: Must be in good physical condition with no cut wiring and no broken connectors. We cannot accept or convert damaged harnesses.
The Connectors: You must include all 3 main harness connectorsβthis means 2 connectors for the ECM and 1 connector for the TCM (unless your car has a manual transmission).
The Complete Throttle Pedal Wiring: You must ship the connector, and the pedal wiring. Keeping your specific pedal paired with your throttle body prevents pedal calibration issues.
Your E37 ECM (Engine Control Module): We require your matching computer to apply the standalone tune.

β³ Turnaround Time
7-14 Days After Receiving: Once your components arrive at our shop, it typically takes 7 to 14 business days to build, test, tune, and ship your completed standalone setup back out.
β οΈ Important Swap Details & Limitations
Before sending us your harness, please keep these operational factors in mind:
US Shipping Only: We are sorry, but we only accept orders and ship completed harnesses within the United States. We cannot accept international orders at this time.
No Cut or Broken Components: To ensure the safety and reliability of your swap, we do not work on harnesses with cut wiring or broken plastic locking clips/connectors.
No Electric Steering: The factory electric power steering (EPS) relies on data signals from the body control module (BCM). Since the BCM is deleted for standalone use, your factory electric steering will not function. You will need to plan for manual steering or a hydraulic conversion.
π The Ultimate Simplified 2-Wire Hookup
When your converted harness arrives back, it only requires two basic wire connections from the harness to make the engine run:
Switched Power (Keyed 12V+): Turns on the ECM and fuel system when the key is on.
Ground: Connects to your chassis or engine block.
π Your Responsibilities for the Swap
Because we build the engine harness as a direct standalone unit, you will be responsible for wiring the following vehicle-side components:
Main Battery Power & Grounds: From the engine directly to the battery.
Fuel Pump & Cooling Fans: Hooked up via your own independent relays.
